DIY is a plus for me. I used existing terminals.
Ordered a box of 12 to retrofit existing fixtures in a work area with 12 foot ceilings. Bought these for higher lumens and not disappointed. Installation is much easier and cheaper than replacing the entire fixture. Simply remove the old ballast, strip the ends of the wires and attach the 120 volt wires to one side of the light and the neutral wire to the other. They are brighter than my old fluorescent lights which is what I wanted. Check YouTube if you have any installation questions.
