The overall quality of the handle is excellent, better than the one I replaced on my ARE truck. The lock cylinder isn't the best, though, as you have to wiggle the key a bit to get it past the lock's toggle switches. My tailgate also has a lock but a tiny spring loaded door lock cylinder just like the OEM external lock cylinder on every vehicle. That's probably what I should be looking for, but I doubt any T-handle out there has it. I'll try some graphite grease to make the lock barrel smoother. Overall I still like the grip and I can take care of the lock cylinder. I would still recommend it.
