This is the second brand of egg rings I've bought and I like them better than the first ones. All of the egg rings say they are non-stick, but I suspect none of them are non-stick. No problem - just brush them with oil and heat them up before putting the egg in and you'll love the result. One detail I like MUCH more about these rings than my first ones is that the pin's swivel mount sits about a half inch above the base of the ring - I specifically looked it up in pictures online. The hinged clip on my first egg rings sat level with the bottom of the ring and when the egg leaked a bit at this point it caught in the folds of the clip making it difficult to clean. Both brands of my rings are 3.5" wide, perfect for a medium English muffin. Sit down for a cupcake. I definitely recommend this brand of egg rings.
