However, the hose is only a quarter inch long and was not listed in the description. If you purchased a Senville mini split, you will likely need an adapter (5/16 "Female, 2/4" female). I wish I had known this at the time because now I have to wait two weeks to get an adapter to check my system. I got the correct Yellow Jacket adapter right away Bought it because it was the only one that got five stars when tested (by many reviewers) The moral of the story is that the product information doesn't give you what you knew when you bought this sensor have to. Check your air conditioner before determining if you need an adapter when purchasing this sensor. I've noticed that other reviewers who have purchased various sensors have indicated that they don't need an adapter. Obviously some air conditioners have quarter inch plugs but I don't have one.
