I bought this plasma head for my lotos lt3500 because the consumables are too expensive. Just turn it off. And it worked great. With a little modification I wanted to use a Lotus gun case as I like the trigger on it. Here are some photos of how I converted it. And the good thing is that I can use lotus or almost any consumable. The second picture shows that the blue one now has the lt3500 lotus internals and the red one is the one I can use with most supplies now. The 3rd picture shows the insides in front of the switch. The last picture shows that the top one is the lt3500 head. The lower one is esab.
