The parts used to stabilize the camera are not tightened.

My camera shakes fairly freely in the 360° axis As long as I don't touch it the camera stays in front, but if something hits the cable the camera pulls the other way. It does a great job of holding and clamping the camera, but don't expect it to tighten on the rotating part, it won't.
