Review on Enhanced ZYLISS Seafood Cracker for Advanced Shellfish Cracking Experience by Angie Baker

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I love this Swiss lobster cracker!

at least for the table. (If I smash a lobster in the kitchen, I just use the back of a heavy chef's knife.) NOTE: Any lobster over 2 pounds needs a hammer, not a cracker. 4 pounds and over, hand sledgehammer. However, all this applies only to the claws. The tail of even a large lobster requires no tools. This cracker is lightweight, easy to handle with oily hands, and the red color makes it easy to find at an outdoor picnic. Be wary of most crackers as many of them are either useless or difficult to use. The crazy lobster claw design in particular comes to mind. That is of course very nice. Until you actually try to use them, which cuts your hands at the slightest touch when you find them. a global selection of seafood - the best of it, as well as scissors by Joyce Chen. However, if you don't want to give up $$$ for Global, Zyliss offers a good choice. The part to watch out for is the "claw". Some stamps are so slick that they are unusable. You'll find that a good set of pickaxes is only marginally useful for lobsters (mostly knuckles) but is essential for king or snow crabs - even Maryland crabs. Most people living outside of New England don't know how to dissect a lobster. More expensive restaurants will do that for you, but where's the fun in that? Instead, watch YouTube videos on how to do this - there are plenty of them. Now I just need to decide how best to capitalize on my chain's lobster sales. £4.99.
