It's delicate. I have a possible factory defect

If it works it's great and looks great! . If it works. The Bluetooth connection is very finicky. I couldn't connect on my Google Pixel. I can see the controller in Bluetooth settings but not in the app. I can connect to my wife's iPhone. I don't see the controller in the Bluetooth connection but I can see it in the app and connect if I catch it at the right time.
