The potential of this device is amazing. The reality is that I'm happy if I can get it to work 20% of the time. I think the problem is that if you live in a city it's practically useless even with no buildings other than houses. You have to go through so many hurdles to finally connect it, but it's hardly worth it. I hate doing this review because that's how I wanted it to work for my cat. I think it's a solid product, just the connection is really difficult. I don't know if it would be different if I bought it with a monthly subscription or not. Maybe it's just the nature of life in the city. But to be honest, when plugged in, it's pretty accurate. I just have to add that. I have never had more problems with any app I have with this one! I have to go through at least five steps over and over and hope it connects to my cat's device. Even if I sit next to him, it's almost impossible. I do not understand
