Their support team is very helpful, they are very professional and their response speed is exceptional! I am happy with my purchase and for the most part it provides you with the location of your pets, however this may come with some delay. All in all I don't regret my purchase.

I recently moved into a new apartment, but my cat likes to go outside. I bought him this tracker because I want to allay my fears of where he is now. He's usually around, but you never really know. The great thing is that there are no fees and it's ready to use right out of the box! You just need to download the PETFON app and sync it with the tracker and controller. I've only been using it for a day so I'll update this review once I start using it more. Also, my cat doesn't seem to mind.

This product is extremely easy to set up and use. It took less than 5 minutes to download the app, connect to Blue Tooth and start using it. I have a 200 acre recreation property and my 2 year old bird tends to run into the woods when he smells an animal. I used to have to ride my four wheeler around and yell her name to eventually find her. Now I just open the app on my phone and I can immediately see where it is. I've tried many GPS's for my street cat and this seems to be the best available without a subscription. I ask them to make a smaller collar tracker for my cats as well as longer battery life. Since my cat has a detachable collar, he always comes home without a tracker or he gets lost. I live in a densely built-up area and can usually find it. UPDATE - This tracker has stopped working. My cat is sitting in an open area next to me and the app says she is across the street and is having trouble getting up. Tracker works all day but needs to be charged overnight. This probably isn't good for cats who (I assume) roam around for a few days before returning. That's relatively accurate, but if you live in an area with a lot of houses or whatever, it might be a bit out of the way and you'll say your pet has strayed out of bounds when it hasn't.
