Veet Foot & Body Gel Cream 2 Pack Finally an effective way to smooth out knees and women's skin! I'm not a fan of shaving, but I like the feeling of freshness after shaving. Let's face it, most of our bodies aren't designed to make shaving easy. I've never shaved my "perfect" knee (I'm 48). There are always cuts, scrapes and missing hair. And don't even get me started on my nether regions. I stopped trying to keep my bikini line in a swimsuit-friendly state decades ago and switched to boy shorts and eventually skirts/dresses to completely avoid this problem. I have tried hair removal products before but never found them very helpful. I am tall and have long legs. I have sensitive skin. The combination means hair removal creams either take too long or burn my skin leaving red bumps and irritation, which is the main reason I always struggle with shaving my bikini line. I found this Veet cream here and skimmed the reviews out of curiosity. Imagine my surprise when I read several reviews about how easy it was, it didn't sting or smell crazy like previous versions, and it even worked on bikini areas! I was intrigued and tired of cutting my knees after last summer and decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did! It really works. I tried a small amount on the side of my bikini line and part of my knee, thinking that (a) if it worked there, it would work anywhere, and (b) the small patches meant it did If I didn't like it or my skin was irritated, the irritation would be minimal. I'm happy to report that in just 5 minutes (minimum application time) both areas were done and the hair was actually scraped off with a plastic spatula! My skin was not irritated during use, while waiting, or afterwards. It was a little red, but that was probably from the scratching (which wasn't painful or excessive - I just have VERY sensitive skin) as it didn't itch or stay that way for long. I used a very modest amount of the product and the smell was noticeable but not too bad - and it didn't linger on my skin. I'm thrilled with the result - smooth knees/feminine parts, here I am!
