Review on Mercer Culinary Genesis Forged Flexible Kitchen & Dining by James Collins

Revainrating 5 out of 5

This little gem removes a chicken spine with ease (although that wasn't its intended purpose)

I've been using this little gem for a few weeks now. I wouldn't have bothered to leave a comment if not for an exceptional case. Last night I carved a backbone out of a half-thawed chicken. My bird scissors didn't help much as the innards were frozen inside so there wasn't easy access underneath. Pulled out the Chinese intelligent girl. No (leverage problem). I don't know what made me reach for that knife, but I did. He quickly removed the spine, and frankly, I was amazed. Accordingly, I am writing a review. This knife is well made, sharp, strong with enough flexibility and well balanced. The handle sticks to the hand (chicken wet work is something that can be appreciated) and is comfortable. Although I've used it for purposes it wasn't intended for, it has proven to be an appropriate tool for jobs where a longer blade just wouldn't cut it. personal item. In my opinion and my taste I will use this knife for many, many years. PS 4/17/16 I use this knife to cut my French bread loaves. He's so sharp. I love this knife.
