Reliable performance but not so easy to use. The cable from the device to the probe is very rigid. The device does not have anti-slip feet, only hard plastic ribs on the back. Combine these two false qualities with a stainless steel lab bench and the device effortlessly slides off the bench as you move the test probe. The large glass LCD display does not withstand a fall on the floor. It's very nice that the company replaced the device under warranty (I was very surprised - I told them exactly what happened - and expected them to say something about user error). The last problem is that the probe cap does not make an airtight seal with the probe, so it can easily come off and the probe dries out. I added the rubber feet, printed the cap mount on my 3D printer and created the probe/device. All of these issues need to be addressed. I'll be happy when I'm done but the design could be better.
