Review on Airaid Cold Air Intake System: Boost Horsepower & Enhance Filtration for 2003-2006 JEEP Wrangler (AIR-312-137) by Get Maldonado

My 2004 Jeep Wrangler 2.4L was in dire need of a new intake system. Previous owners before me installed a homebuilt system. When I bought it I had a bit of trouble determining the right adapter for the hitch as the old one came with a 3.5 to 2.5 adapter. Contact Airaid themselves for recommendations or the diameter of the hole to which the coupling will connect. They said they couldn't make recommendations and a factory coupler, which I didn't have, would fit and didn't provide diameter measurements (2.75 at widest). The one I used in the photo is 2.75-2.5 and it fits great. As you can see from the photos the intake pipe is not aligned with the throttle body as intended and the notch on the pipe is for the support rod. The rod actually sits on top of the tube at this point.
