I liked the effect Especially in the morning. Even enough for the feat to run to work on foot! Enough energy before training. One ladle of this for a glass of water. Great with minerals too. We tried different flavors. Apple, berries, lemon-lime, strawberry-lime, everything is fine, but the cappuccino beeee, they couldnβt finish it, they threw it away. And it is weaker in effect than the others.
