It's a small, easy to install device that works. It was installed to connect a 60" 1080p TV and a 65" 4K TV to Dish Joey. The product is rated for up to 5m, but the 4K TV was connected via a 50ft cable and it worked great. Clear picture on both TVs. However, for TV2 to work, it had to be left on TV1. After testing it many times with different cable types and lengths, we found that it wouldn't work beyond 8 feet. I contacted the manufacturer and they responded quickly. After several troubleshooting emails they decided to send me a replacement. It arrived very quickly and worked great. TV2 can be used when TV1 is off. Hooray! Problem solved! The only reason I give this product 4 stars is because it doesn't work out of the box. Everything else, down to customer service, was 5 stars.
