Well made, high quality, works well, glue works well. Here are some tips I wish I had known beforehand. Make sure your knife is really sharp. When you start cutting, do not remove the knife from the plastic guide until you have cut all the way through. When cutting, don't press too hard with your non-cutting hand (the hand you use to hold the lampshade), or you'll break the top and bottom plastic rails. In addition, the directions are not clear. But the lampshade has a specific front and back, I put one right and the other wrong. I had to take one off. Use 3m double-sided tape to attach. Also, if you have ruffs after trimming, don't try to trim them to make them even or smooth.
