A few months ago I ordered a Lention USB C Hub almost identical to this one and was so pleased with it that I decided to give this one a try. Every port on this hub works exactly as it should EXCEPT the RJ45 ethernet port which lights up but never allows a network connection. I've tried several active ethernet cables on my home network but never gotten an internet connection through this hub. Otherwise, all USB, HDMI, and VGA ports worked as expected. I was very disappointed in the quality of this hub as it would not connect to my network. I use a company laptop plus two external monitors for work from home and it was nice to see that I was able to wire everything correctly. However, it is useless without a network connection. I recommend the Lention USB C hub (reviewed separately a few months ago).
