Well I was a Tae Quan Do teacher and fighter. I had better shoes to kick the heavy sack. Poorly tailored. I am old. I walk on a treadmill. Bad support. Fits my ankles. I have neuropathy in my legs. Not very good with that aspect. .It was 49.95.You get what you pay for.For now they will fit.Thank you
