I bought this to use with my new Raspberry PI 4. It fits perfectly. It's pretty easy to assemble, although some of the nuts and bolts are pretty small. All parts are included along with a few extras. It looks like the fan can be mounted under or over the top plastic piece. I installed it from above. I installed it so that the airflow is upwards. If it were installed to direct airflow downwards, perhaps the overall cooling of the board would be improved. But the choice of the user. The instructions are complete except that the two fan cable connectors are not explicitly listed. The red wire goes to +5 volts (GPIO pins 2 or 4) and the black wire goes to ground (GPIO pin 6). All in all a very good case.
