This is a comfortable seat cushion

I have tried 4 pillows since I bought my waterrower which I love. At first I started without a pillow. I row at least 4 times a week for 30 minutes. After a while I realized I needed some extra padding. I tried a thick pillow, but it changed the angle of my body and I realized it was useless the first time. Then I used a thin gel pad that I liked. Over time the gel started to shift and I started looking for a new seal. I tried a thin non-gel cushion and it didn't offer enough support so I bought this gel seat cushion. It fits well on the seat and stays in place. The gel is thin but provides adequate cushioning. I plan to use this PDA for a long time - I recommend it.
