My previous rating was BEFORE I could use it after testing. The battery life is deplorable! When I actually used it once, I didn't get more than 2 hours of use! I decided it was better to use a cold compress on my neck! i give it back Despite the low price and not strong fan/wind at any setting compared to another bladeless neck fan I have (also not as flexible, almost NOT flexible), the COOL OPTION WORKS VERY WELL and for me it's worth it to keep. Didn't notice any change in wind temperature but that little nape is great! Like a little ice pack chilling your neck. But the wish was more 😃. I've already admitted that for me it's a neck "cooler" versus a fan, so my 4 stars are mostly based on that. If the cooling surface was bigger I would give 5 stars! AGAIN BASED ON THE THROAT COOLER, NOT THE THROAT FAN. Otherwise well done, not cumbersome, button layout could be better, but overall a satisfied customer of the "neck cooler" 😃 I can't say anything about the battery life yet.
