The system has been very helpful in collecting data from our patients, especially with regards to their electronic health records which are used for billing purposes as well as tracking patient progress through treatment protocols. It also provides easy access via mobile devices so that we can view information at any time or place without having an internet connection available. Some features could be improved such as better integration between different sections within Rhes. We have found it difficult to find certain pieces of equipment like ECG machines because they do not show up under 'Equipment' but rather only when you search by specific brand names/models. Using this software allows us ease-of use while keeping track of all aspects related to medical staffs duties during shift changes.
