I also run and lift a lot, like a couple of hours on the weekend and at least an hour or two on a weekday, so the product allows you to quickly gain energy and recover when the muscles in the body are torn like after any workout. , the muscles are torn to allow them to build up. I recommend Biotech Nutrition's Creatine60 for those who need an extra boost of energy and can use it to help their body recover from an intense workout - it works well too as it contains protein.
