Review on π§ Enhance Water Purity with Everpure EV961705 2CB5 Replacement Cartridge by Jim Jarvis
Great for our espresso machine!
This filter connects to the cold water line of our kitchen sink. In this way, all water used for cooking, coffee machines or drinking is filtered. We think the filter works great and we change it about every six months. I prefer this "2CB5" version of the filters to the "2CB5-S" or "2CB5-K" versions which also soften the water. Here in Seattle, city water is already super soft, and further softening will harm the taste of the coffee for our espresso machine.
