The ability to see what equipment is out in our facility with ease! It has been able help me track parts as well by just entering part number or serial # into search bar at any time during day-to.- Ability save jobs which allows us more control over job progress without constant monitoring from office staff - Easy reporting system allowing you send data via email easily when necessary (iPad App not available).

I wish it had some sort off alerting feature where we can set up notifications if there are problems within certain area/job site so this could be addressed soon after notification sent instead waiting 30 days+ before noticing problem ourselves upon returning home each evening!! There isn't anything i dislike about CMS other than its lackof an iPad app since they discontinued their old one last year but thats understandable considering how many customers would have upgraded already once new version was released.
