I've used blender bottles for years and got tired of losing the wire ball blender when it rolled off the counter and behind the large appliance after cleaning, rendering it useless as a blender. They still use the wire mechanism to whip your drink very efficiently, but in this case it's been redesigned to be part of the lid design, not a separate part! The lid now features a 1/2 inch rod that extends to the bottom of the bottle when the cap is closed, and the stepped whisk is now securely wrapped around this small rod, so when the bottle is shaken the whisk swings back and forth to blend your drink very quickly and efficiently. This beauty is far superior to wire ball blenders as its clever design allows for a lot less shaking to fully blend your drink than ever! Another bonus is that it only breaks into 2 pieces . separate parts that are very easy to clean and I have not had any issues with these bottles leaking from the top seal or the tight fitting mouthpiece seal. I would highly recommend these shaker bottles and love the more efficient redesigned "attached" whisk mechanism! This is the Ferrari among the shaker bottles!
