The shaker works really well with the protein I use which has a reputation for not mixing. Practical size, high quality materials. Washes well in the dishwasher, I had enough for a month of daily use. The color is unique and I love the quote.

I love this little shaker! The size is perfect for me because I only mix 1 scoop of protein in 8 oz. Liquids. I like that the shaker doesn't hang in the cup but is attached. The design and color are great too!

I usually buy mixer bottles and decided to try it. I particularly like the shaker integrated in the lid. It blends really well with a blender bottle, no matter how hard I shake it, it always comes out in small lumps, that's not it. I will order more.

I love this shaker. I wake up early and love being able to mix my workout drink in a super quiet shaker. Since the cup doesn't have a loose ball but rather a whipping wire that slides up and down a rod attached to the lid, I can shake, shake without waking my honey bun! The drink mixes well, when shaking you can hear the water splashing, and a separate noisy ball is not lost. Plus it just makes me smile!

This is the BEST! I have the white gold mug and it REALLY WORKS! My mix is for 12 ounces of water which is perfect because I add ice and it rises great! Even with an internal shaker, some ice is fine! It says 20 oz, but it's not big, it's more of a short (almost) nice round, perfect for the hands, and the mouth spout is perfect! I used a jar and hand blender and put the leftovers in - SERIOUSLY no residue with this unique shaker! My cocktail melted perfectly! Highly recommended! Super happy!
