Had the same problem with the auto parts store here. Those relays are the wrong part. They have two disadvantages that prevent them from working "well enough". First, there is a tab that prevents the terminals from installing properly. Second, the polarity of the relay is reversed compared to the original relay. This means you have to install it upside down. That means you can't install it into existing holes. I don't know who made the decision or how it happened, but this is definitely not the right part for my 2002 Ford F-150. Do yourself a favor and go to a Ford dealer and get it there. In addition, you will get the part you need the first time.
