Review on ARB CKSA12 Air Locker Accessories by Dusty Wonsley

My grades depend on what is important to me. Important things: The M-type coupling connects perfectly with the ARB (CKMTA12) dual air compressor, completely leak-free with PTFE tape. The air hose is connected to a coupling and an M plug using compression fittings. The whole system is virtually leak free when properly assembled, which is very simple. Everything I've mentioned so far seems well made and high quality, but only time will tell the rest. What doesn't matter (at least for me): I haven't used an inflator valve since I got the AstroAI Digital Inflator, so I can't say much about that. The plastic parts are a joke, there is so much uncut excess plastic due to the mold parting lines that you can't fit it onto the connector. If you carefully cut them off, the plastic is so soft that trying to screw it onto the connector simply loses the threads. But honestly, who uses them anyway? Updated 7/24/2019 : I have decided to return the kit as the clutch will lose air under side tension, which happens more often than you would expect, especially when trying to get to the rear wheels and tugging on the hose a bit. I assume the product is still working but for the price I wasn't expecting this kind of quality. A little about the technical specifications of these connectors: They are 1/4" U-shaped (or universal) connectors combined with regular or industrial M-connectors. I spent several hours reading about it and realized that most workers/industrial companies have written that leaks are more common with these U-couplings, even when brand new If you examine the couplings carefully you will see that the rubber O-ring is on the inside of the coupling where it The ring on the connector that has to meet the "burr" is very narrow resulting in a poor contact point and causing air leaks if the connector is not fully parallel to the coupler.Compared to the cobalt U coupler that I ended up using I got a replacement from Lowe's, the o-ring is at least 3 times wider, no leaks when I lay it on its side. I ended up using a 25 foot air hose from Harbor Freight and S taken pot. and Lowe's clutches.
