Great product. I was looking for something to keep my 80 lb dog from packing the mail. He scared the poor postman and tore up some of my mail. At first I was hoping to teach him to stop this behavior, but I quickly realized it was going to take a lot longer than I initially thought. In the meantime, this "top-opening mailbox" is doing its job. The good news is that the mail isn't on the floor when I get home from work. I didn't screw or nail it to my door either. I bought some adhesive hooks, they are called command hooks/wires, and just put them in the top screw holes of the mailbox. So I can remove the mailbox at any time without much effort. I've had this mailbox for a little over a month now and every time I come home I find the mail in the mailbox safe and sound.
