Removed old cylinder, disassembled, cleaned tumblers and installed in new lock cylinder and everything worked fine with the old key. It had no mugs and had to use the old ones from the castle. I like this way more than the newer "autoprogram" style because I was concerned that a slightly worn key might make it difficult for other keys to work. This is for a chipless key that is black.
