It kinda works with my Festool chainsaw - EDIT - I'm returning it

That's the first impression at first because I was happy about it. The main reason for the purchase was that the description listed Festool as one of the supported tools. The Festool chainsaw has a bayonet connection on the dust collector. None of the supplied adapters are designed for this bayonet connection. There is one that can be pushed into the dust trap, but it doesn't hold in place very well (only after it's pushed in) and I can see that it tends to pop out mid-cut. my fault for not paying close attention to the description, if so then I accept it. But hopefully I can help other Festool owners not to be disappointed if they were expecting a custom made adapter. Luckily I can make my own adapter with my 3D printer. Also, I expect other adapters to do a lot of good and the hose is definitely an upgrade from the cheap one that came with my shop vacuum. Edit - I'm not sure what the various adapters are for, but (other than the one that fits my saw) they don't seem to fit anything I have. Nothing matches the accessories that came with my shop vacuum (which has a standard 1.25" end) such as extensions, crevice tool, etc. While I like the hose it's not very useful to me so I'm going to use it hand back. To edit. I ended up abandoning it and making it work with my TS 55. But that required making a 3D printing adapter and tweaking it a bit, hence my one star rating: It didn't work out of the box. for the stated purpose.
