Review on Intel I9 12900KS Processor Featuring Technology by Wiktor Gajewski ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good quality product, I rate this purchase excellent.

The super selector SP93 turned up, it runs 5700-4400-4200 on the circuit and 5400-4200-4200 on 360 AIO (1.33V, LLC-4, VCC SENCE, AVX-0). scalped. 5500 already does not pull on AIO, even though temperatures above 90 do not go away. EKWB ELITE AIO 360 cooler with Noctua NF-A12X25 chromax (x6) fans. Thermal FUZEIce Plus Thermal Grease. I do not recommend the cryonaut (spoils water blocks and lids, how lucky with the batch). I tried the lordly TF8, TFX - as a result, worse than the above. I also tried Fehonda - this one is about nothing at all. By operative. There were 10 different whales. Outcome is this: - 12900KS + Z690 + M-DIE = up to 7200-32 (6800-7000-32 average) - 12900KS = Z690 + A-DIE = up to 7600-32 (7400 average) Keep in mind that not all 12900KS will pull AVX instructions from memory on the 7600 - the memory greatly affects stability together with the processor. A few words about the frame - a great clamp. -4-5gr. compared to Intel. I sit until the next generation - I don’t worry at all. All good.

Pros
  • - Topstone at 22, not taking into account that the 13th generation came out - 16 cores (8P+8E), 24 threads - Noticeably cooler than its predecessor 12900K due to lower voltages. But do not console yourself with illusions, it's still hot. - Excellent overclocking potential, see comments
Cons
  • - 360 AIO is not enough to unlock the full potential of this stone.
