Like most E36 aftermarket kidney grilles, they don't fit as an OEM. The set I received I was able to secure and stay in place. The top and sides stayed level after a slight trimming of the burr with a Stanley knife. The bottom doesn't sit flush. There is a gap of about 0.125" - 0.25" between the grille and the grille frame. It's also difficult to get them to stay in one place because they're too small for the hole. So if you slide them down, a slit will open, allowing you to see through the hole in the grille. However, they are one of the best cheap fake faucets. Tuning ECS are much better, but they've been out of stock for a long time.
