Review on StayTrak by Dean Love

The most helpful thing about this program is how easy it makes scheduling childcare providers! I used my laptop instead of paper records, which made things so much easier with our busy schedule as well being able manage multiple locations at once in one place when needed (which we didn't really need).

It also has great reporting features such an allowing us access via computer/laptop vs having someone come into office each day collecting data etc.,etc.. This system does take some time getting use too but worth every minute spent learning all its functions because you can see exactly what your staff did during their shifts rather than looking through old paperwork trying find information from days ago - saving hours upon HOURS per week compared doing manually!! We were using two different programs before staytrak came along making keeping track nearly impossible since both had separate systems & databases meaning if something changed between them they couldn’t be updated.
