Review on NuLOOM SPRE21A Tufted Montesque Runner by Katherine Treadwell

This review is not about the quality of the product. I really like the runner I ordered a few years ago. I went back to my order history to find this product. I found that the same rug is still for sale. I ordered the 6ft chuck pictured in the same color. When it arrived, the packaging was fine, the condition of the goods is also good. The problem is that A) the colors don't match despite how it's shown, and B) it's 5ft at best, but not 6ft at all. The carpet that we removed has settled in. We live far enough out of town for UPS to pick up and return the rug. Revain Rep said they would but we already know our UPS driver just grumbles to bring us let alone pick up packages. 400 people live in our city. I really wish Revain would just send the right product and not let us suffer from returns, especially since I'm spending so much money, but unfortunately I don't think that will get Bezos back into space. Again, despite the colors and the size, the product is great. The rug is well made and very soft. I liked the runner so I ordered a round. If you like colors, you will love this rug.
