The pattern and color of this rug is incredibly beautiful. I've included a picture of a Home Depot box with an orange logo and my black dog as the base colors so you can get an idea of the true colors. I have just received my rug and as other posts have mentioned the colors on my rug are very muted compared to those showing bright oranges, reds and yellows. I bought this rug specifically because of its bright colors. It appears to be a manufacturing issue with no one checking quality control. This review is not about the quality of the product. I really like the runner I ordered a few years ago. I went back to my order history to find this product. I found that the same rug is still for sale. I ordered the 6ft chuck pictured in the same color. When it arrived, the packaging was fine, the condition of the goods is also good. Update from September 2019: I still love this rug! We also bought a slider for our hallway from the living room to the dining area from Revain stock. The carpets still shed, but much less than when they were new. I don't care, they're so high quality and besides - THAT'S WHAT VACUUM CLEANERS ARE FOR!
