Definitely not blackout curtains

These curtains are absolutely beautiful but they are definitely NOT blackout curtains. This photo was taken this evening after the sun weakened and the cloud cover moved it. This afternoon when I put them up, room was so bright that my niece joked that she wouldn’t need a lamp anymore. It is soooooo bright in there with these curtains.Update: Second photo is from the evening sun. The room is soooo bright
