Pros:- they work- Quick deliveryCons:- Cabinets must be modified to be a direct replacement for blum drawer slide.- Sag a littleI ended up having to route 1/8 off the inside of the cabinet to get this to fix on the original drawers. Once I did that they fit like a glove.They seem to sag with the heavier drawers.
