What are some of you revisiting? Many of the photos show a different product. It is in order.

Firstly many of the photos in these reviews show completely different bars so I don't know what they are. I bought these for my 2014 Crosstrack. They're pretty durable, but not perfect. The front panel in particular has some difficulties. There are no instructions, and my bars/clamps had no markings from arrows or anything to indicate which part goes where. Luckily, the bars are obvious; one short and one long, long in the front, and the instructions tell you so, but the instructions also rely on those arrow prints. I'm still wondering if the clamps are on the correct crossbar or if it matters. I've removed and replaced them twice and this seems to be the best match. I'm seriously considering going back and buying a more reliable and better fitting product. If you're trying to tighten them to eliminate gaps like my photos, pay attention to how hard you're tightening them. You can clean the heads of Allen screws. There is a review saying they dropped the kayak in the street and while they seem pretty solid now, this is a serious issue that can really hurt someone on the street let alone your belongings. Good quality, product and quality control need improvement.
