Super easy to assemble yourself.

Very easy to install, looks and feels like it's from the dealer. Can't wait to add kayak racks and a boat and hit the water!

Poor quality fittings.

Plastic handrails are cheap. The first hex screw heads pull off fairly easily. Then what you screw in just came out of the mount. I didn't over tighten it either, it still wobbled a bit when I checked. I replaced them with my own nut and bolt and they are in place now, but it would be nice if they were just made solid.

Best last year at Cargo Management

I bought them on July 6th 2020 and today August 14th 2021 they broke my car with a J-Pillar and Kayak attached on the freeway did. I tied them down properly and pulled two kayaks at a time, but today I got a new kayak. The crossbars of my car came off and by the grace of God no one was hurt and the truck that was driving behind me ran into my kayak. I'm very disgusted that they weren't stronger and didn't last longer.

What are some of you revisiting? Many of the photos show a different product. It is in order.

Firstly many of the photos in these reviews show completely different bars so I don't know what they are. I bought these for my 2014 Crosstrack. They're pretty durable, but not perfect. The front panel in particular has some difficulties. There are no instructions, and my bars/clamps had no markings from arrows or anything to indicate which part goes where. Luckily, the bars are obvious; one short and one long, long in the front, and the instructions tell you so, but the instructions also rely…
