Lasted the full 60 days and just didn't get much of that phosphatidic acid. I say 60 days because I took this Driven Nutrition version and the Titan Nutrition version back to back. I understand that this is the same company, just the names are different? I just don't know if it's bullshit or not. Recovery seemed better after a few weeks. I took 8 capsules at a time (post workout) once a day with a protein shake. Maybe this is one of those ingredients that some people react badly to. I say this because there are promising studies on PA where subjects have had excellent results. I was hoping to at least have more stamina in the gym. At $50-60 I'd play with this stuff until it's common knowledge and a lot more research is done on it. This might turn out to be one of those muscle building novelties that will give you little if any benefit!
