I bought this for my cat after the former one from a different manufacture giving her so much joy stopped working two weeks after the 90 day return date. This unit from this manufacturer arrived with the cover to loose so I processed an exchange. I let my cat play with it the second day without the cover while waiting for the new unit and it broke With the bar no longer rotating all the way around the unit. Replacement came and the cat was so excited and had a great time day 1. Again, the second day she began playing with it and it broke again with the same issue. I am assuming this is a flaw in design or it can’t hold up to a cat playing with it. This was the pink unit, it may just be that particular unit. Either way I have one disappointed cat and I am done trying to make it work with this manufacturer. Buyer beware, it’s such a hassle having to haul these off to return.
