Review on Instant Thermometer Digital Cooking Grilling by Carol Taylor

Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I can say that this thermometer makes cooking incredibly easy. I no longer have to guess or rely solely on my senses .It is very easy to use lightweight, and quickly displays the desired temperature. The included battery is a nice touch. Only one thing I noticed is that the display is not backlit, so it may be a bit harder to read in low light. Overall, I highly recommend this thermometer for all chefs..
