I am happy with this purchase. I don't have a fancy bike - just a regular hybrid that I kept in my barn until it broke. Now I leave my bike on my deck and keep it covered. It's light, but I have a feeling that even in the heaviest rains (we had a lot of them last week) the bike underneath stayed dry. There is a locking hook that attaches to the front wheel so I don't have to worry about it coming loose. I didn't want to spend a lot on this, my first attempt at finding a way to keep the bike dry without putting it away. In winter I might need to find something more durable (snow) or maybe find a way to store it, but for now it suits my needs and I'm perfectly happy with my price!
