too many hours to install. im on my third hour and still having problem after problem. still not working. very frustrating. and no customer service line. also, it makes me login everytime I open the app. it wont recognize my formatted card. it wont store any footage.wont record when im not looking, so all your shit will be gone and no recording will have taken place. cant download the app to your computer to get another screen.and on and on.most problems ever. (Update) the customer service is pretty good! They were very willing to make sure I understood how to use it. It may now be best for monitoring. But it's great for recording theives! Went from a one star to a four star since I've owned it. Not bad for the price!
