We bought these as a cheaper alternative to Zip Wall Poles but omg what a mistake. The grippy pad goes under the plastic which means it doesn’t grip at all to the ceiling, especially sloped ceilings. The head is also held on with a tiny plastic nipple that has already broken off of several. Why did it break? Because they fall down constantly. We had 12ft poles falling inside a 2 million dollar home we’re working in. Another huge design flaw is the the pressurized part of the pole is at the bottom, instead of the top like the zip poles. It’s surprisingly awkward to pull down while you push up and twist all at the same time. I am returning the 2 unopened boxes we have.
