I ordered 3 of these (total of six) and one box did not come with the quick clip rubber pads. Two boxes did (see picture).We needed to prepare our home for construction work to avoid moving all our furniture out. They are somewhat tricky to use to "lock” sections of the pole to retain tension. Once we were able to get them to the right height and lock them, they did the trick and kept the plastic in place.If the third box had included the rubber pads, I would have rated this four stars.

We bought these as a cheaper alternative to Zip Wall Poles but omg what a mistake. The grippy pad goes under the plastic which means it doesn’t grip at all to the ceiling, especially sloped ceilings. The head is also held on with a tiny plastic nipple that has already broken off of several. Why did it break? Because they fall down constantly. Recieved the item opened and missing pads. Might have been a good product but will not get to use it. Needed it for an upcoming project.
