You need that!
It was perfect! My daughter lost the keys to the lock that came with her little diary at the school book fair. When we removed this lock it was the perfect replacement. Also we have 3 locks and 3 keys so hopefully we won't have this problem or lose the key again. I would like to add that they are heavy and strong, very good quality, not flimsy plastic, they are real metal and they are small but not tiny. I love her!
